A product built by people who spent years watching good businesses lose customers over a profile nobody was looking after.
We have worked with local businesses since 2016: restaurants, shops, salons, practices. The same thing kept happening. The owner would open their Google profile, see twenty reviews with no reply, promise to deal with it on Sunday, and never get to it. Six months later the last reply on the profile was still two years old.
It is not laziness. Writing a decent reply takes ten minutes between reading it, thinking and not getting the tone wrong, and nobody who runs a business has ten minutes twenty times a month. At some point we stopped explaining the problem and built the thing that solves it.
Replyard reads your Google profile every day and writes a reply to every new review, in your voice, using the words your customers actually used. Replies to positive reviews go out on their own. Anything critical stops and waits: you decide whether it goes out, and how.
Once a month you get a report on what came in, what was answered and what keeps coming up, which is usually the part that tells you something you did not know about your own business.
We do not write, buy, solicit or incentivise fake reviews. We do not remove reviews, and anyone who tells you they can is either lying or about to get your profile suspended. We do not promise you a position on Google, because nobody can. What we promise is that no review of yours stays unanswered, and that every reply sounds like you wrote it.

Lavoriamo con attività locali dal 2016: ristoranti, negozi, saloni, studi. Succedeva sempre la stessa cosa. Il titolare apriva la sua scheda Google, vedeva venti recensioni senza risposta, si prometteva di sistemarle la domenica, e non ci arrivava mai. Sei mesi dopo l'ultima risposta sulla scheda era ancora di due anni prima.
Non è pigrizia. Scrivere una risposta decente porta via dieci minuti fra il leggerla, pensarci e non sbagliare il tono, e chi manda avanti un'attività non ha dieci minuti venti volte al mese. A un certo punto abbiamo smesso di spiegare il problema e abbiamo costruito la cosa che lo risolve.
Replyard legge la tua scheda Google ogni giorno e scrive una risposta a ogni recensione nuova, con la tua voce, usando le parole che i tuoi clienti hanno scritto davvero. Le risposte alle recensioni positive escono da sole. Tutto quello che è critico si ferma e aspetta: decidi tu se esce, e come.
Una volta al mese ricevi un report su cosa è arrivato, cosa è stato risposto e cosa continua a tornare, che di solito è la parte che ti dice qualcosa che non sapevi della tua stessa attività.
Non scriviamo, non compriamo, non sollecitiamo e non incentiviamo recensioni false. Non rimuoviamo recensioni, e chi ti dice di saperlo fare o ti sta mentendo o sta per farti sospendere la scheda. Non ti promettiamo una posizione su Google, perché nessuno può farlo. Quello che ti promettiamo è che nessuna tua recensione resta senza risposta, e che ogni risposta sembra scritta da te.
Non un'app anonima registrata da qualche parte. Una società italiana con un nome su ogni documento che firmi, e una persona che risponde quando scrivi a info@replyard.com.
