Replyard, refunds and cancellation

Short version: you can stop whenever you want, and periods already started are not refunded.

Cancel any time. No notice, no penalty, no phone call to keep you. The service runs until the end of the month you have paid for, then it does not renew.

No refunds on a period already started. The work happens every day: replies are written, published and read by your customers. Once a month has started it cannot be undone, so it is not refunded.

How to cancel

Write to info@edeustudio.com from the address you subscribed with, or use the link in the receipt you received at payment. We confirm the same working day. Nothing else is required, and we never ask you to explain why.

What happens after you cancel

We keep answering your reviews until the last day of the period you paid for.
We send you the report for that period.
Replies already published stay on your profile and remain yours. You can edit or delete them yourself at any time.
You remove our access to your profile, or we ask you to do it.

Billing errors

If you are charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, we fix it and refund the difference in full. Write to us and we handle it.

The payment provider

Payments are handled by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record and is the seller of record for the transaction. Paddle applies its own buyer protection rules and can issue a refund at its discretion, independently of this policy. Your receipt comes from Paddle and carries the link to manage your subscription.

Free audit

The audit we offer before you subscribe is free and involves no payment and no commitment. If you leave your details and then decide not to go ahead, there is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay.

Replyard, rimborsi e disdetta

In breve: puoi smettere quando vuoi, e i periodi già iniziati non si rimborsano.

Disdetta libera. Nessun preavviso, nessuna penale, nessuna telefonata per trattenerti. Il servizio arriva alla fine del mese che hai pagato, poi non si rinnova.

Nessun rimborso sul periodo già iniziato. Il lavoro si fa ogni giorno: le risposte vengono scritte, pubblicate e lette dai tuoi clienti. Un mese iniziato non si può disfare, quindi non si rimborsa.

Come si disdice

Scrivi a info@edeustudio.com dall'indirizzo con cui ti sei iscritto, oppure usa il link nella ricevuta che hai ricevuto al pagamento. Confermiamo entro la stessa giornata lavorativa. Non serve altro, e non ti chiediamo di spiegare il motivo.

Cosa succede dopo la disdetta

Continuiamo a rispondere alle tue recensioni fino all'ultimo giorno del periodo pagato.
Ti mandiamo il report di quel periodo.
Le risposte già pubblicate restano sulla tua scheda e restano tue. Puoi modificarle o cancellarle da solo quando vuoi.
Togli il nostro accesso alla scheda, oppure ti chiediamo noi di farlo.

Errori di fatturazione

Se ti addebitiamo due volte, dopo la disdetta o per un importo sbagliato, correggiamo e rimborsiamo per intero la differenza. Scrivici e ce ne occupiamo noi.

Il gestore dei pagamenti

I pagamenti sono gestiti da Paddle, che agisce come merchant of record ed è il venditore della transazione. Paddle applica le proprie regole di tutela dell'acquirente e può concedere un rimborso a sua discrezione, indipendentemente da questa politica. La ricevuta arriva da Paddle e contiene il link per gestire l'abbonamento.

L'audit che offriamo prima dell'abbonamento è gratuito, senza pagamento e senza impegno. Se lasci i tuoi dati e poi decidi di non procedere, non c'è nulla da disdire e nulla da pagare.
